T.H.I.S - True Healthcare Is Selfcare
THIS360 works with schools, PRUs, and alternative provision settings to support children and young people experiencing emotional, behavioural, or engagement challenges. Our structured intervention combines movement with guided reflection to help students regulate emotions, build resilience, and re-engage positively. We strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where children can develop the skills and attitudes necessary to achieve their full potential.

We had the privilege of bringing some of our year 7 and 8 students to a THIS360 programme with Jack and his team in conjunction with Peterborough Cathedral. We handpicked a selection of students who we as a school would most benefit from the session, and they really did! The sessions were an exciting mix of physical exercises interspersed with some motivational teaching. The students were fully engaged throughout, keen to do their best in the exercises and hanging off every word of the talks. Jack and his team were encouraging, friendly and completely on the students' level. As staff we saw students come out of their shells during the session, speaking up more than they do in class. We witnessed students gain resilience and perseverance, pushing themselves beyond where they may have given up previously. We would absolutely recommend THIS360 to schools!
